Kids aerial is a fantastic alternative fitness activity that includes artistry in self expression, boosting of self confidence and self worth, and community.
Students learn climbs, wraps, drops and acrobatic dance techniques on the floor and in the air. Warm up, conditioning and cool downs are included.
Two beginner classes are on the schedule Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:15pm. Continued beginner class is on Thursdays at 4:15pm. Intermediate kids aerial is by invitation only on Tuesdays at 4:15pm.
